My name is Terri S. Thomas-France. Today I am writing to give you the opportunity to give to our community
of Burbank.
This year I am coaching:
A 10 player girls basketball team ( Big Bad Thunderbirds )
A 15-18 player boys tee ball team( unnamed until the boys vote on one! ) and
A 15-18 player girls pitch- tee softball team ( Wild Things ).
We are looking for sponsorship. We are in need of equipment, uniforms, league fees, and officials fees. We have come
up with some different ways to honor the businesses that are willing to sponsor us!
You give us your logo and we can scan it, enlarge it, and put it up on our banner showing your support at all of
our games. It hangs on the back of the dugout for everyone to see. We are proud of our sponsors and encourage
those to support the businesses who support our community. Without you, the sponsors, we would be without
quality equipment and uniforms and if a child cannot afford his portion he or she will miss out on a great
opportunity. When you sponsor one of our teams you are giving to the future of our community and we want
everyone to know it.We can also put them up at our team B.B.Q.s or any other team function!
. We also have a web page we set up for each team we have. We will put your logo on our page and a link to your
site! Not only will people be able to see who our sponsors our but they will be able to visit your site through
visiting ours!
All donations are fully tax deductible!

You can choose to sponsor one team at $100 or more and we will put your logo on that teams banner and web
site or give $100 or more to each team and your logo will be put on all 3 sites and all 3 banners! Please
consider sponsoring at least one of our teams if not splitting your donation and giving to all three! Just let us
know by e-mailing your team(s) preference or send your preference along with your check!
If you would like I can send a break down of our financial costs and you can pick up one of the costs
specifically or donate a lump sum and put it towards what the team needs in general. We would appreciate
starting sponsor amounts to be $100.00 or more. If we get 10-13 sponsors per team at that amount, the cost
to each of our players would be taken care of and leaving no one left out! Included with your donation is the
banner, the web page link, your tax deductible letter, and our gratitude and support for your generosity!
