Due to the labor intensive renewal process everyone went through this year,
it will not be required to process a renewal application for next year's
membership. Contact your DCO to obtain a 2003 renewal sticker for your
identification card. Members who have not renewed this past year and
wishing to rejoin

will need to complete an application, fingerprint card and
have a digital picture taken. Please contact your DCO for instructions.
Please make plans to pick up your sticker or process a renewal application
by the end of January 2003. Members not contacting their DCO by February
2003 may be dropped from membership.
